This huge 2000 square foot, 3 bedroom plus den townhome is in one of the newest properties in Crested Butte AND is 1/2 block from the slopes. You don't have to cross a street to get to the West Wall and Peachtree lifts. There is a king bed, a queen bed, 2 single beds, and a queen pullout. It is one of the most beautiful rentals in Crested Butte of this size. Beautifully appointed in Colorado style, with beamed ceiling- the townhome has full bus access to all of Crested Butte right in front. Balconies with incredible valley views from the 2-story windows - breathtaking! The garage is heated, for one car, and another can park in front. In Summer, you have incredible views down the green valley of Crested Butte, and it's an easy walk to the lifts, which you can take in the summer and mountain bike or walk down. The kitchen is huge and well-appointed. There is a king in the master, a queen in the second room, and two twins in the third, room, plus a queen pull-out in the living room. There are 3 TVs. There is a common hot tub that has a gorgeous view - it's outside and is beautiful.
In winter, walk 1/2 block to the lifts. The ski school lift is right there, or you can take the new West Wall lift up the mountain - easey access eather way. In summer, mountain bike trails in back, easy walk to gondola for fun ride up mountain. There are tough mountain-biking trails right out back, and also a real real easy one that takes you into town, where you can sling your bike on the back of the town bus for free and ride back up. The fishing is great, and river rafting/canoeing is a must. Try Crested Butte in summer! In Fall, especially September 15-October 15 the leaves on the Aspens and Cottonwoods are a riot of color. Fishing, golfing, biking, and hiking beckon everywhere. |
